Use one registration form per participant. You can start registration from here.
Registration fees
The registration fee covers participation in all sessions, conference materials including the abstract book and list of participants, morning and afternoon coffee and the closing reception. There will be no refund after May 10, 2010.

Payment
Please registrate not later than May 10, 2010 to the ISCP secretariat. Companies are obliged to fill in their VAT number during registration.
Bank transfer
Choosing payment by bank transfer. Payment within EU is free of bank charges.
Credit card
Choosing payment by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard or American Express), people have to take into account an extra fee of 1.75% on total.
Payment on site
Choosing payment on site, people will pay the registration fee "payment after May 10, 2010".
